This has a small outdoor patio. The fun guy pizza was fabulous. We ordered a cheese platter with aged cheddar, blue cheese, parmesan, and another purple rind cheese i can not remember the name of.
The pear slices were perfect in thickness and flavor to accent the cheeses. Ordered the Madonna pizza, a white pizza with garlic. The dough is wonderful. The toppings were a little underwhelming they're kinda understated anyway but I ended up drizzling the slices in hot chili crisp and honey and that cranked it up to an The pizza oven is beautiful.
I'm really sad it's hidden behind the counter. It feels like something I'd personally doll up in an open kitchen focal point and have guests sit at a bar and enjoy watching pizzas slide in and out. This place would definitely be on my list for a cute casual date spot on a beautiful summer night in RAD, hanging out on the back deck. Or, you could grab it to go and eat it at the London pub down the road over drinks. First time in Asheville.
Thin crust with great char and flavour. O ordered the Scarface, I got the Rose's. We both devoured them. Will come back again. Our go-to for pizza restaurants in Asheville, Asheville Pizza and Brewing is the best. They have multiple locations across North, South, and downtown Asheville. As a film lover this is definitely one of my favorite pizza places I've ever been to. The themed tables are so cool and all of the decor.
Our food was really delicious. I especially love the decorations and the different photos. They had a blood drive going on this night and I was a bit confused on where to go due to the place being pretty big but what I saw when lost was well worth the journey. Will definitely be back to dine in!! Great fun movie theater with food and beer.

Been hearing about this place for a while and finally went yesterday. The food was excellent- it was flavorful, prepared properly, hot and plated well. I had the soul rebel and my friend had the Marley's magic. Curries were both packed with flavor and rich, the banana mango chutney was perfectly sweet to cut through and the salmon was cooked a perfect medium-rare.
Salads were simple but well done with fresh spring mix and delicious dressings. Enjoyed the outdoor seating during the beautiful weather yesterday! Good vibes too, service was decent but tapered off as it got busy. Highly recommend and will be adding to my regular rotation.

The salad was a generous portion and the dressing was delish. Yummy yum yum. My guy was equally impressed with his full of gluten pie. They show you the pizzas before you leave the store.

Will be back! I stopped in while on a trip with my mother. It was one of the first spots that caught my eye. It's a great space with a wonderful aesthetic. The food is amazing. We both got a small classic salad and split a medium pizza. Honestly with the size of the salads, we may have been able to go with a small, but the pizza was so good we didn't mind at all!
We were in need of a hearty meal after a few brewery stops with friends. We wanted something that also had a good selection of drinks and crafted cocktails. This place hit the nail on the head. The food was great and our groups favorites include their chicken sandwhich and the truffled cheese animals fries. The service was also on par and there was plenty of seating outside and indoors.

I got the burger with the fried cauliflower on the side. The atmosphere is really relaxed and unpretentious, plus there's a pool table! Something that struck me as odd is that I was asked to put a mask on when I first arrived, but I noticed that none of the other customers were wearing one and after a while the bartenders took theirs off.
This is something that I have observed at a lots of other places as well. Not a big deal, just something I noticed. I'll be back for sure though! One of our favorite Thai food restaurants in Asheville, Siam Thai is our takeout go-to. Located in North Asheville, you can devour home-style authentic Thai food. We order a handful of appetizers like tofu, fresh rolls, dumplings, satay, and chicken wings. This place is absolutely amazing!

We ordered soups , fried rice both Thai and spice one , pad Thai, chicken satay. We liked everything except the pad Thai , we specifically asked for spicy one but we got very sweet pad Thai. Portions are good though, but the whole pad Thai we had to throw it in the trash. Hope management see this and make aware of the customer ordering this pad Thai. We were completely expecting a very good pad Thai.
A place which in the past 4 years I have visited many times, and has yet to dissapoint me. Authentic, flavorful and well portioned Thai Cusine. Their coconut soup, Pad Thai and Thai fried rice and the best I've had. We love the gluten free option if we don't want an evening full of wheat.

It would be great if you could add a vegan cheese to your menu! Loved this place. My wife and I stopped here because our first choice was closed but man we dont regret it. Our appetizer was delicious and wild, brought out and set on fire! The strombolli was good, salad was ok, had LOTS of stalk that wasn't chopped very well, tiramisu was delicious. This place was amazing. When we got there and were waiting a few minutes before the realized we were there because they were busy cleaning, but once they seen us they were so sweet and over the top hospitable.

For instance, if the slogan says wood fire oven why did the pizza tasted like coming out of a gas oven? Turns out the oven I saw was a gas oven with a wood fire oven outside appearance. Mmm not happy about that. However the risotto on the other hand was delicious but it did not tasted like Italian food. Is too american to identify with the word Piazza. My honest opinion. I would love to go back and taste the difference.
Service: was phenomenal. Caesar salad: a hunk of oily romaine. Chicken Parmigiana: it tasted like clams. At first I thought it was just me but then I isolated the pasta from the chicken and realized it was the pasta that was the source of the fishy taste. Concerning if anyone has a shellfish allergy.
Pizza Hawaiian 5. It was essentially a plot of dough melted with mozzarella and raw red onion piled with pineapple which usually we like but not to this extent. Needed to have stayed in the oven for much longer. Beside the meal, the actual dishes were of concern. Straight away, our water glasses still had the stain of a previous patron one whom clearly had red lipstick on. Let me just tell you that I am from New York so I know my pizza. Black Bear Pizza is the best pizza I've had since I moved to the south.
I love Black Bear. Perfect for that "I don't feel like cooking" night. Great service, great food. We always do takeout. Their garlic knots are delicious!!! Wish they had a cinnamon and sugar version. The only things better than the pizza are the desserts. Try anything on the menu - you can't go wrong! We order from here at least once a week — everything is great! You should have better respect for your workers. You just fired a close friend of mine along with over others. Imagine buying Christmas gifts for your family, even gifts from this store, only to lose your job a few days before Christmas. Have some respect, your employees deserve better. The meatballs were absolutely delicious but the presentation was not appetizing. Staff was pleasant. We had pizza also. For me, the crust was hard. My husband however thought that the pizza was the best he had in NC and he's from New York. Toppings were good. I gave 4 stars because although the food could've been better, the staff was willing and I believe did the best to make their customers happy. So glad was on the list! We were able to take the rest of the bottle home. While the wine deal was nice the pizza was the real winner here. Loved our Chicken Ranch pizza. Great flavors and crispy crust which I love. Greek salad was tasty too. Cherry on top was the wonderful service from everyone! I get the 12" New York style pepperoni. Perfect for one! This is one of the top 3 pizza place in Asheville!
If you are near by you should stop in for a pie! They do not do slices but the prices are good so it's good value for excellent pizza! Amazing pizza! Amazing staff! You will not be disappointed. This was my first time visiting, but I can see why they've been open almost 30 years.

We were too full and it was Soo heavy! So good, but definitely only get it if you're very hungry. The food came in perfect portions, too. My only issues were the noise level and the wait for food.

I take reviews seriously. So giving a one star is not something i tend to do. Sbarro should take extra time when it comes to hiring. The management has made my visit very unpleasant.
I find it difficult to reach someone to talk about my visit so this review is a last resort in hopes that the company can reach out to me to go into further detail. Baccala and potato fritters. Tres chic. I recommend reservations, an open mind, and money to spare.
Parking: At the Grove Arcade, of course. Its easy to understand why, as with a menu ranging from gyros to lasagna to moussaka, there is plenty variety at hand. In particular though, I am a fan of their pizzas. Thin-crusts with flavorful sauce and fresh vegetables; I devour roughly one a week. With locations both in my native south Asheville and the farther-flung east incidentally, near the Nature Center , one should have twice as many opportunities to visit this Italian restaurant in Asheville.
Parking: Rejoice: we have left the parking-struggle of downtown for the vast, open fields of suburbia. They serve up the New-York-style Italian many of us were raised with: rich sauces, plentiful noodles, and garlic knots as far as the eye can see. Parking: Parking spaces!
